CHAPADA DOS VEADEIROS IS A SPEACHLESS NATURAL AREA IN THE STATE OF GOIÁS, BRAZIL.
At the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, we will unveil the beauty of the Brazilian Cerrado, a local gifted by Mother Nature with an immense amount of springs that run between rocks older than 1 billion years, forming fantastic landscapes that change throughout the year.
Created in 1961, the park, which was declared a World Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO, protects an area about 65,000 where is situated the most threatened biome. There are various vegetation’s and an immense amount of springs and streams, resulting in a hundred waterfalls, plus mountains, canyons, crystal mines, beautiful flowers, among other natural beauties.
The soil in this place has a huge crystal plate and when observed from a distance emits intense light, resulting in a single location and with a lot of energy.
In this tour, suitable for the dry season, we will hike and take refreshing waterfall baths.
Best season: during dry season between May and October. There are other routes specially prepared for the rainy season that extends from November to April. The trip above is suitable for the dry season only.
-Tracks will be driven by qualified drivers from the community and active on the trails within the National Park. Many of them have worked in mining. They have a vast knowledge of the area to be passed to the visitors.
-The tour is performed in areas of the National Park at Chapada dos Veadeiros. It protects 65,000 hectares of Brazilian cerrado highly devastated by raising cattle and monocultures plantations.
